Terms and Conditions of Sale
Cancellations
For online bookings full payment will be taken at the time of booking. No refunds will be given for player cancellation or non-attendance. You must report to the Pro Shop before beginning your round. Do not start your round before you check-in and are given your receipt.
Course Closure
If the course is closed due to unplayable weather conditions or for any reason the course is closed by the Management, a refund of green fees will be made in full to your credit/debit card.
Transferrable Bookings
Bookings are completely transferrable. Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can contact the Pro Shop to cancel on 01293 520222 (Option 2) to reschedule.
Dress Code: Ifield Golf Club has a modern attitude to dress.
For guidance:
On the Course – Smart and tidy conventional golf clothing and for your safety proper golf shoes (soft spikes only) that can be purchased in a recognised golf store or Pro Shop. No jeans may be worn on the golf course.
In the Clubhouse – smart and clean casual wear as would be defined by a majority of reasonably minded people. Not acceptable is dirty, dishevelled and torn clothing; golf waterproofs; golf shoes or shoeless; vests; T shirts with offensive logos; head wear; shell or track suits; beach or camouflage wear. The exception is that clean shoes with soft spikes may be worn in the spike bar (snooker room) only when purchasing drinks before returning to the terrace.
R&A Pace of Play
We are a ‘Ready Golf’ venue our policy is as follows:
No honour, the first player ready plays.
If you are ready to play and it’s safe to do so, then play.
When not playing your shot you should be preparing to play.
Players should play their own ball before helping to look for a lost bag.
To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
You will be required to pay, in full, for your booking.
There are no refunds unless in these circumstances your booking will be refunded or rearranged by mutual agreement.
